Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

More than 48 hours notice: Free rescheduling, no charge

24-48 hours notice: 50% of quoted fee due

Less than 24 hours notice: 100% of quoted fee due

Weather-related cancellations: If unsafe to fly drone or weather makes photography impossible, no charge and free rescheduling. Client and photographer must mutually agree conditions are unsafe. Safety is our top priority.

(This may include: Rain, Snow, High Winds, etc.)

No-show: 100% of quoted fee due

Emergency Exceptions
Cancellation fees may be waived at photographer's discretion in cases of genuine emergencies (family crisis, medical emergency, etc.). This is evaluated case-by-case.

Scheduling
Shoots are typically scheduled 2-7 days in advance depending on availability and weather conditions.

Standard appointments available Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM. Weekend and same day appointments available upon request at a premium rate (1.5x standard pricing). Please contact us directly for weekend and same day scheduling.

Payment
Invoices due upon agreed terms per client.

Accepted payment methods: Check, Zelle, Credit Card (+3% processing fee).
