Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

More than 48 hours notice: No fee

24-48 hours notice: Cancellation - 50% of estimated/quoted fee due

Rescheduled - 25% of estimated/quoted fee due

Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellation - 100% of estimated/quoted fee due
Rescheduled - 50% of estimated/quoted fee due

These fees reflect the lost opportunity to book other clients during your reserved time and are applied regardless of the reason for cancellation, including third-party decisions outside of your control.

Weather-related cancellations: If unsafe to fly drone or weather makes photography impossible, no charge and free rescheduling. Client and photographer must mutually agree conditions are unsafe. Safety is our top priority.

No-show: 100% of quoted fee due

Emergency Exceptions
Cancellation fees may be waived at photographer's discretion in cases of genuine emergencies (family crisis, medical emergency, etc.). This is evaluated case-by-case.

Scheduling
Shoots are typically scheduled 2-7 days in advance depending on availability and weather conditions.

Standard appointments available Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM. Weekend and same day appointments available upon request at a premium rate (1.5x standard pricing). Please contact us directly for weekend and same day scheduling.

Payment
Invoices due upon agreed terms per client.

Accepted payment methods: Check, Zelle, Credit Card (+3% processing fee).
